Radford Chancellor LTD's consultants are experienced in the Food Safety Sector. We work with organisations who already have a food safety system in place but would like more advice and training, as well as organisations who have no food safety processes.

Food Safety

Food safety is now a growing issue worldwide. Guests are naturally concerned whether the venue they are eating in follows food hygiene and cleanliness practices. Cafe, restaurant, hospital and school all need to have food safety at the top of their concerns.

However addressing food safety is complex. Many chefs are simply not able to give it appropriate attention in their kitchen, because they have no easy training materials, lack time and resources.

With our full Food Safety Solution we are able to offer training and simple practice tools. We are also able to give guidance on how to run a safer kitchen operation and train staff.


With our HACCP service we are able to come into your organisation and perform a full assessment of the operation using our specifically designed scoring system.

Once we have an idea of where the operation currently stands from a Food Safety perspective we are able offer a full HACCP package including implanted / training, helping your organisation correctly record and store information on their Food Safety processes and procedures.
