Key Account Manager

James joined the Consultancy in 2015 as Project Coordinator and after working for the consultancy a number of years was later in 2017 made Project Coordinations Manager ...

James has now taken on the role of Key Account Manger looking after the consultancy’s key account and high value clients.

As Project Coordination provided support to Radford and our team of experienced consultants, coordinating training, and providing support on projects, supporting our clients and ensuring all their needs and requirements are attended to in the most efficient way possible.

Now as Key Account Manager James is in charge of all the key accounts the Consultancy has and is responsible for looking after Radford Chancellor LTD's high value clients.

Being promoted to Project Coordination Manager James began leading and managing his own projects and developing his own customer base and looking after the management side of the business. James led a stadium wide audit of Manchester City Football Club for which more than 200 catering locations including public kiosks and hospitality areas, together with kitchens and mobile catering units were audited to create an up-to-date inventory for the our client.

Now as Key Account Manager James is in charge of all the key accounts the Consultancy has and is responsible for looking after Radford Chancellor LTD's high value clients.

Mike has a sound catering and technical background gained from working in the catering industry for 26 years. His catering background is from working in à la carte restaurants, hospital catering and though to food production...

Mike has experience producing cook chill, cook freeze and sous vide products and has represented Rational & Middleby UK as a sales representative and Hobart as a catering specialist covering London area. Mike then spent time working for several kitchen houses planning and project managing new and refurbished kitchen schemes, working primarily in the education, hospitality and leisure industry.

For 19 years Alan was a kitchen manager during which time he became familiar with many of the leading manufactures which eventually lead to a role as a corporate / training chef.

Alan has also previously worked for Rational UK firstly as an Area Sales Manager then moving into the position of Corporate Chef. Alan comes with a wealth of experience due to his long career in both the foodservice and catering equipment industries.
