Dawson Foodservice Equipment

Dawson Food Service Equipment are suppliers of market leading warewashing products & automated handling systems, combination ovens, blast chillers and prime cooking equipment from The Ali Group product portfolio.

Radford Chancellor LTD provide Dawson with ongoing culinary consultancy services which include multi-media cooking demos, culinary training for their "end-customer", product testing and benchmarking.

To help promote the capabilities of the Lainox combination oven, Radford Chancellor Ltd. was commissioned to produce a series of short demonstration films. The first in this series of videos showcasing the Lainox combi system for Breakfast highlights the ease with which a full English breakfast can be prepared using the multi-level intelligent cooking technology of the oven, saving time and hob space in a busy kitchen environment.

The 2 minute clip was produced and directed by using our own in house production team, and showcases the simplicity of the technology and the high standard of the results. The film was shot in the demonstration kitchen at Dawson’s head office. The film features one of the Radford Chancellor LTD consultant chef preparing the breakfast items and operating the oven. The clip is perfect for providing engaging content for websites or as background video on exhibition stands at trade fairs.
